Terence gave us promptly responses on site visit after we sent in our request. Quotation was given on the same day after the site visit. The detail of the quotation with no hidden cost gave us confident to select SMART RELOCATORS.
They delivered the boxes and packing tape ahead of moving date for us to have sufficient time for packing. On the actual moving day, the team of four reached 15 mins earlier than the scheduled moving time. Ervin, the supervisor on site understand from us what are the things that we need to move and dismantle. After that he gave the clear instructions to his team and assigning the task accordingly. Our storage bed, mattress, wardrobe and cabinet are wrapped properly for well protection. All our belonging remain in good conditions after the move. Ervin even suggested to us on how to organized our reading table so that we can have more moving space in the room.
